Each example illustrates my commitment to enhancing student well-being, fostering parental involvement, and supporting faculty development.

Schoolwide safeguarding lesson specifically designed to support and teach students about safeguarding at ICS
High School
Grade 9
This unit was designed to help students identify their values and strengths, allowing them to become stronger in understanding who they are as a person, thus guiding decision making.
Grade 10
Students explore the importance of mental health and the traits of both positive and negative mental health. Students learn how to identify if they or someone they know is at risk and how to navigate the resources around them.
School-Wide
Co-Presented the HS Counselors Functions/Responsibility, the Student Support Process, and Child Protection Policy
Collaborated with the counseling team to create the school's first Suicide Protocol handbook that included prevention, intervention and postvention
Created an Online Suicide Prevention Training and Resource for Faculty and Staff to supplement the school's suicide prevention policy.
